Sometimes we get approached by customers with unique requests. Here, a warehouse was supposed to be turned into an office space. The warehouse concrete floor had sen better days, but it was solid, meaning it had few cracks, good level and decent flatness. Just a few holes and bolts from floor-mounted equipment from a previous occupant.

We were asked to see what we could turn this into an Engineered Concrete Floor: make it a warm and welcoming surface that resembles tile.

This 1,000sft job took all but about one or two days from start to finish. What do you think? Mission accomplished?
