Many questions can be resolved through maintenance recommendations, product guidance, or clarification around normal surface behavior over time. Responses are provided in writing for clarity and reference. -
Objective evaluation
We may send you a request to upload photos into our Quality Assurance system which will allow us to perform a fair and objective evaluation. -
Reasonable response times
Most support requests receive a response within 1–2 business days. Requests submitted on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.
Caring for Your RenuKrete Surface
RenuKrete is designed for real life—outdoor exposure, foot traffic, and everyday use. Like any outdoor surface, proper care helps ensure the best long-term appearance. We will be happy to send you the Care Recommendations that we provided at the end of the installation.
General care tips:

Routine cleaning with mild soap and water is usually sufficient

Approved cleaning soap is available from RenuKrete

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods

Power washing is possible but keep in mind that power washing can damage any surface and such damage is excluded from our warranty

Avoid rock salt or aggressive de-icing products

Periodic resealing (every 3-4 years depending on use and exposure) helps maintain appearance and protection
