Along with the general public, we are closely monitoring the developments around the Coronavirus Covid-19. We would like you to know that we are taking reasonable precautions to help protect our employees, customers and vendors from exposure, and to help limit the spread of the virus.
We generally feel that our activities on job sites pose little or no risk to our customers, especially on outdoor projects.
However, we have taken the following precautionary measures which are in effect until further notice:
Any employee who has any concerns at all, feels ill, or has symptoms of respiratory illnesses such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath is encouraged and free to stay home, and can take advantage of our Paid Sick Time policy, in accordance with local and state regulations.
All employees have been trained to follow simple rules to limit exposure to themselves or others: frequent hand washing for at least 20 seconds, use of tissues for coughs, avoidance of touching their face
Alcohol-based disinfecting wipes have been distributed to all crews.
The inside of all company trucks is wiped down with disinfecting wipes at least daily.
All employees are discouraged from shaking each others', customers or vendors hands. The use of nitrile gloves is encouraged on jobs sites.
Our Sales Designers will never pressure you to enter your home during sales visits. If more comfortable to you, our Sales Designers can conduct their consultations in the outdoors as otherwise specified by you.
